Not quite what you wanted? If you’d like to return something, we’ve kept the process simple. You have 14 days from delivery to return your order to us.

To start a return:

1. Reply to your order confirmation email (or email us at [email protected]) with your order number and the item you’d like to return.

2. We’ll send you the return instructions, including the return address.

3. Package your item securely - using the original packaging is usually best - and post it back to us.

A few things to note:

Please make sure your order number is clearly marked on the package.

Items must be returned unused and in their original condition.

Returns are at your own cost, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Once we’ve received and checked your return, we’ll process your refund as soon as possible (within 5–10 working days, if not sooner).

We know sending things back can feel like a hassle, so we try to keep it as straightforward as possible.
