You can update your delivery address if your order hasn’t yet been dispatched.
More detail:
If you spot a mistake in your address or need to change the delivery location, please let us know straight away.
If your order hasn’t shipped → we can update the address in our system.
If your order has already shipped → unfortunately, we’re unable to change the address once the parcel has left us.
If your order has already been shipped and can’t be delivered, it will usually be returned to us by the courier. As soon as it arrives back, we’ll be in touch to arrange redelivery or a refund.
