If your parcel seems delayed, please consider the following timeframes before contacting us:


UK delivery times: 

Standard shipping: Royal Mail 48 → 2–5 working days 

Upgraded deliveries: Royal Mail 24 → 1–3 working days


International deliveries:

Europe → 5–15 working days

USA & Rest of World → 7–21 working days
👉 Please note: international orders are sent via Royal Mail untracked by default. Once the parcel leaves the UK, it is handed over to your local postal service (e.g. USPS in the USA). Some services may show only a “delivered” update rather than full tracking.

If it’s late
If your order hasn’t arrived after the above timeframes, please get in touch with your order number and we’ll investigate with the courier. The best way to get in touch is by replying to your order email - or email us at [email protected]

💡 Tip: During busy periods (like Christmas), couriers may take longer than usual. Checking your dispatch email is the quickest way to see if tracking is available.
