Refunds usually appear in your account within 5–10 working days, depending on your payment method.

Once we’ve processed your return (or confirmed a refund for another reason), the money will go back to your original payment method:

Credit/debit card → 5–10 working days (banks vary)

PayPal → usually instant

Gift card / loyalty points → credited back to your account straight away

You will receive an email as soon as your refund has been processed, so you know it’s on its way.

We understand waiting for a refund isn’t fun; the team process them as quickly as possible, but your bank may take a little longer to show it.
