There are a few common reasons why tracking might not be working right away:
• The tracking info hasn’t gone live yet.
• The courier’s system hasn’t updated yet.
Tracking usually becomes active within 24 hours of your shipping confirmation.
Frustratingly - tracking is out of our hands, as its the shipping provider who deals with it. However, we always like to know when things don't go to plan - so if its still not showing after 24hrs of shipment, you can let us know - please reply to your order confirmation email or contact us at [email protected].
